Clinical Reports & Medical Letters
$250 per hour, charged in two-hour blocks.
The time required will depend on the purpose, complexity and information required for the document.
Medicare
A Medicare rebate of $98.95 may apply to eligible psychology sessions with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of the service unless another arrangement has been made.
Payment can be made by:
- EFTPOS
- secure invoice/payment link
- stored card, with consent
Cancellation & Payment Policy
Appointment Cancellations
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. Providing adequate notice allows your appointment to be offered to someone else who may be waiting.
A minimum of 72 hours (3 business days) notice is requested if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

NDIS Appointments
For NDIS-funded appointments, a minimum of 2 clear business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Please note that the day notice is provided is not counted as a clear business day.
Late Payment Policy
Invoices are expected to be paid by the due date unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
Late payment fees apply as follows:

More than 1 week overdue: 25% late payment fee

More than 2 weeks overdue: 50% late payment fee per additional week the invoice remains unpaid
